Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the Work Immersion Skills of the Ismael Mathay Sr. High School Accountancy, Busi 2019-2020 during their Work Immersion in terms of fundamental, personal management, and Business and Management G12 students for the SY teamwork skills. The design used is quantitative and made use of descriptive survey research. The researcher used Employability Skills 2000+ questionnaire to find out the fundamental skills, performance management skills, and teamwork skills. There were 27 students, 7 male and 20 female respondents. The result of the per performance cvaluation of the students yielded a verbal interpretation of exceed expectations in terms of attendance, fundamental work skills, personal management skills, teamwork skills, skills on the job, and proper attire. The highest is in the area of attendance and the lowest is in the area of fundamental work skills and answered In the area of personal management advanced and proficient in almost all areas. However., in the area of fundamental work skills, Students answered developing in the areas which include Communicate, Manage Information, Use of Numbers, and Think and Solve Problems. Unfortunately, these are skills necessary to thrive in the world of work. The researcher thinks that for students to be able to be proficient in the areas which need to be developed, teachers need to intentionally teach higher order thinking skills and intensify screening of ABM students.
