Abstract
This study would like to investigate the effectiveness of the Teaching Reading Online Strategy for an Hour to the 13 grade six pupils under the advisory of the researcher , and to discern if this strategy had a significant on their academic performance.

Based from the result of the analysis a t-value of 30.47 with a p-value of <0.001 indicating a high significant difference . Every results can be contributed to the effectiveness of the TROSH that was implemented by the researcher in this disquisition. it has great impact to improved their reading fluency enlightened their ability to comprehend the passages. For the academic performance it was noted that a t-value of 19.66 was obtained having a p-value of <0.001 which was interpreted as highly significant which can be implied that the grades of students were significantly augmented due to the interventions made. It was a noted that the average pretest performance of the pupils was 76.27 which was significantly increased to 82.09 after the TROSH intervention implemented and provided by the author.

It can be denoted from the results that TROSH is an effective intervention to eliminate or lessen the slow and struggling in reading and enhanced the academic performance of the students. This justifies the early claim that the TROSH is an effective intervention.

The results of this study is recommended to all adviser teachers at Manuel Luis Quezon Elementary School to motivate teachers and diagnose pupils / students early on the reading to provide immediate and precise intervention to address the slow and struggling readers within their grade level.
