Abstract
As COVID 19 pandemic arisen, there are so many speculations that comes out to our parents concern regarding their children's educational status that given mode of education from kinder to grade six is purely modular approach. By that, from our main objective is that " Every child a reader and can read by our mother tongue and second language by heart". Teaching reading is a big deal to our parents with the teacher whom they entrusted as the school year started. However, the new normal setting of education, there are so many notions comes from our parents mind on how do their children learn and read but to that notions on their mind has a solution. The education sectors have so many alternatives on what to do just to make this endeavor a success, for there is always a way out for the best of it.

The program online reading remediation and intervention was design and help improved the non-readers reading level and reading performance of the grade six pupils on word recognition, speed and comprehension, it was expected than after the implementation of the program, the Grade six non-reading level and reading performance of the grade six pupils were enhanced and improved.

The Online Reading Remediation and Intervention Program was developed to help improve the non-reader reading level and reading performance of the pupils specifically in the grade six level.

The program uses the English Learning Competencies in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing on the Four-Pronged Approach in Learning which were suited to the needs of every pupil with low reading level and performance. It focuses on the intervention help improved the recognition, speed and comprehension level of the grade six pupils.
