Abstract
The researcher conducted this study to identify the effectiveness of the online reading engagement across learning skills in developing diversity learners. This study focused in providing the appropriate strategies and processes that will help learners in Grade One level to achieved better academic performance. This study sought to identify the pretest and the posttest scores of the selected learners in the grade one level; and to distinguish the significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores in the grade one level. Selected 19 learners were chosen from the class of Grade One Mapagkumbaba by quasi-experimental research method, the learners took pretest and based on the pretest the lessons
were designed to incorporate the project-based strategies to develop the critical thinking of the and reading skills of the learners.

The researcher used the quasi-experimental research method to describe the data and
characteristics of what is being studied. The results of the pretest and posttest were also
compared to identify the level of developments of the participants. Based on the statistical data such as frequency and percentage, weighted mean and T-test, the significant difference of pretest and posttest is 1.95. It can be identified that the Online Reading Engagement
Across Learning (REAL is an effective strategy in achieving better academic performance in Mathematics. Online Reading Engagement Across Learning (REAL) in teaching Mathematics can be recommended to developed lessons and activities in early quarter of the school year adopting the strategy can be able to achieve higher academic performance in Mathematics.
