This study was conducted to develop a pedagogical proficiency training program for selected junior high school MAPEH teachers in Quezon City. Using descriptive correlative methods, this study made use of a total of 100 student respondents and 5 MAPEH Department heads from 5 public high schools in the schools Division Office of Quezon City. The respondents were purposively chosen as the respondents of the study. Data gathering in this study was done through the use of survey questionnaire which was validated by experts of the same field. A contextual positive discipline mentoring plan was as output of the study.
