This study was used experimental design to determine the effectiveness of using Electronic Mobile Strategic Intervention Material (E-Mobile SIM) in Araling Panlipunan in Improving the performance of the Grade 9 students of Novaliches High School. The researcher selected the use of experimental design because the researcher endeavored to know the effect of the E-Mobile SIM on the performance of the Grade 9 Araling Panlipunan subject. The researcher believe that this is suited in this study because there are variables to be tested. Based on the findings and results of the study the following conclusions were formulated. The control group and experimental group have low performance in Araling Panlipunan subject as manifested by the results of the 3rd quarter examination. The two groups of students did not pass the 2nd quarter exam as a whole. Two groups of students have exorted effort in the 3rd quarter examination as manifested in the result of the 3rd examination . There was a Significant increase in the academic performance of two groups students in the 3rd quarter examination. The use of Electronic Mobile Strategic Intervention Material ( E-Mobile SIM) has a positive effect on the academic performance of the respondents as shown in the performance of the experimental group that made use of the intervention material. This intervention material could enhance the academic performance of the students in the subject Araling Panlipunan (Social Sciences) being interactive and accessible to the students . This result indicates that the teachers of Novaliches High School are recommended to adopt the Electronic Mobile Strategic Intervention Materials (ESIM) in Teaching Araling Panlipunan in all of the Grade 9 learners of the school. Teachers should integrate the use of E-Mobile SIM in facilitating learning and helping the learners remain engaged in the lesson.
