This project was proposed and implemented to give assistance to Quirino High School's students at risk due to an unexpected change in the educational system brought by the pandemic. The provision of chrome books aimed to create a positive learning experience and environment to learners and teachers in the new normal, school year 2020-2021 and onward. This project was planned, proposed and carried out to aid learners to cope with remote learning which is new to them. Challenges and struggles were experienced, yet with this project , these were lessened. The researcher's sought for assistance from the donors abroad benefited ten (10) learners, specifically transferees, late enrolees and less fortunate students and ten (10) teachers. E-loads were given to the learners who missed the attending online classes due to unavailability of loads. The beneficiaries showed a very satisfactory performance in blended learning - submitted outputs promptly , experienced academic ease and most importantly, were promoted to the next grade level. It was costly project; however, it was realized through the endless assistance and efforts of the donors.
