Abstract
This descriptive study was conducted with the main objective improving teacher's leadership proficiency through contextualized leadership mentoring in the new landscape of education researcher. 32 Grade 1 pupils were chosen to be the controlled and experimented group of the study. The study was conducted during the SY 2020-2021. A researcher made questionnaire that underwent process of validation and pilot testing was utilized in collecting data. The initial draft of the research instrument was prepared and presented to the school
