The Philippines is presently adapting to a new normal form of education, with educators' continuous innovations and the active participation of other stakeholders driving its success. The key purpose of this research is to find out the challenges encountered by Grade 3 pupils in the implementation of Modular Distance Learning in Toro Hills Elementary School during the School Year 2021-2022.
