Abstract
In School Year 2020-2021, schools had to find ways for learning to continue amidst the threat and uncertainties brought about by COVID- 19, while ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all learners, teachers, and personnel of each government agencies. At this, the department had designed modalities of learning in which children learn from their homes. With a growing
need for educational initiatives to capacitate the next generation to be fully functional citizens

despite this pandemic, Distance Learning Modalities were implemented. After the first quarter, learning gaps were identified which alerted the Department to craft ways to address the gaps
through the DepEd Order 012s. 2021 which partly states that: from March 1-12, 2021 the schools shall conduct remediation and intervention activities based on the unique needs of the learners
Bawat Isa Siguradong Aangat (BISA) was formulated by the proponent with the guidance of her principal, in which the members, who are the School Parents -Teachers Association (SPTA)

officers and the Barangay personnel went to those pupils who have been missing their online classes and those who have been missing to submit their outputs in the modular mode. Despite the
repeated efforts of their teacher to communicate and advices to them but are still consistent in their
misgivings, therefore the project will make sure that they will not be left behind to assure their
advancement.
The proponent with the help of the stakeholders of the project got in touch with these pupils by going to their homes and talk to their teachers through phone with the presence of the School
Parents -Teachers Association {SPTA) officers. The effect of the process was monitored by the
feedback from the teachers. The visitation will continue until the submission and attendance was
regularized and the potential drop-outs will be irradicated. The cost wasminimal which can be
covered by funds stipulated in the report.
