Abstract
The research aims to distinguish the perception of teaching and non-teaching staff in the implementation of School Disaster Risk Reduction Management of Esteban Abada Beentary School.

The study employed descriptive method of research to determine the status of School Disaster Risk Reduction Management in terms of objectives, resources, budgetary requirements and hindering factors which served as the basis for the assessment

To mitigate the negative impacts of man-made and natural disaster and to foster value of preparedness in the school. It is substantial andvery timely to study the implementation of disaster management of Esteban Abada Elementary School in order to identify the success/failure of its operation, to recuperate teachers' attitude towards multi-hazard drills and to build culture of preparedness among school staffs and its learners.

In the light of the findings, it was found out that the teaching and non-teaching staff assessed the implementation of the School Disaster Risk Reduction Management of Esteban Ahada Elementary School as Very Good. The problems that were encountered in the implementation of the School Disaster Risk Reduction Management are the overlapping of school activities, School Disaster Management Committees come unprepared and negative attitude of teachers toward school disaster plans which also affected by morale.
