Abstract
Quezon City High School (QCHS) numeracy level based on the school's mathematics dashboard submitted to the division was at 43.01% under the beginning proficiency level. The reason in conducting this project was to help the students increase their academic performance in Mathematics. In this project, the proponents conducted a synchronous remediation program to students who incurred below proficiency level during the First and Second Quarter of this SY 2021-2022, across all grade levels. All mathematics teachers in each grade level facilitated the remediation process using the online , Google Meet for the duration of ten weeks started last March 23 to June 22, 2022. The project incurred a minimal amount which was spent for the facilitators' certificates and transportation cost for home visitation whenever necessary. The cost came from the personal funds of the proponents.
