Abstract
This project was conceptualized due to the present New Normal Learning wherein , learners are engage in distance Learning Study. In Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School, most of the children chose modular mode of learning . Various factors were identified why learners opted modular learning. One of those is the unavailability of gadget for learning. One of those is the unavailability of internet and the worst is unavailability of gadget for learning . There were identified families that even basic cellphone is not available. Modular Learning, still needs basic cellphone for access purposes. How could the teacher send messages or call the learners if they could not be reached due to unavailability of cellphone. The primary task of the teachers under modular learning is to follow up, assist and monitor their learners using cellphones. Unavailability of this gadget is a big hindrance in order to facilitate learning and continue distance learning study.

Project " GADGETS " is important to address the unavailability of basic cellphones of identified learners and no learners will be left behind and be accessed by their teachers. This is also an answer to the frequent retrieval of modules . It is agreed upon in the school that retrieval of answer sheets is through online wherein learners would take a picture and sent to their teachers through preferred platform. Only those who have no cellphones will return their modules in school. This strategy would refrain parents in going to school, Prevent each one from spreading and possible acquisition of virus and eventually avoid gathering inside the school premises that could spread deadly virus.

The school head and Mrs. Girlie S. Fontillas, MT I of Bagong Pag-asa Elementary School initiated this project and asked for cellphones from close relatives, friends and stakeholders to be distributed for free for the 58 identified learners without even basic cellphones . Due to patience, determination and generosity of the school head and her Master teacher , they were able to produce 37 android cellphones. This Project took place in school where in distribution was in face to face scheme and followed the protocol of AITF and DOH to ensure physical Distancing . This project will last for 4 to 5 months. Estimated costs is Php 145,000.00 but all cellphones were donated to the school in kind.
