Abstract
It should be noted that the beneficiary of the aforementioned proposed approach is selected from among students enrolled in Dressmaking as a specialized subject in Technology and Livelihood Education, namely Grade 11 students from Culiat High School. According to the early findings of the researchers, they were chosen for the study because their level of observational process skills and academic accomplishment, as determined by the Mean Percentage Score in the Third Quarter, is below par when face-to-face lessons are still accessible. Many teachers in Laoag City were encouraged to develop contextualized strategic intervention teaching materials to aid in the efficient delivery of education and address existing gaps. The study participants were 16 randomly selected Grades 11 and 12 TVL bona fide learners of Culiat High School, District VI, Schools Division of Quezon City, officially enrolled in the Learner Information System for School Year (S.Y.) 2021- 2022. The researchers anchored the study in Pre Experimental research design, particularly the one-group pretest-posttest design. Findings shows that the level of students' academic performance is very satisfactory before the intervention and outstanding after the intervention. There is a significant difference between the level of students' academic performance before and after the intervention.
