Abstract
To address the blended learning modality and the 21st century skills such as information literacy, technology skills and digital literacy a high-quality academic material such as the Web Page was introduced to the Grade 7 learners of Quezon City High School. The Web Page supported DepEd in delivering learning education in the context of public health emergency due to COVID-19 (Enclosure to DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2020). Science7mrspenilla.com is a web page learning tool for Grade 7 learners not only for Quezon City High School but for other students or teachers who will find it helpful in learning or teaching Science 7. The statistical tools used for the interpretation of the results were: (1) Percentage, (2) Weighted Mean and (3) T-test for dependent samples. It showed the following results: (1) the performance of learners had increased from 12.31 to 17.51that obtained a high performance from 24.64 low mastery to 35.02 average mastery; (2)the data manifested that the computed t-value of -5.46 with the degree of freedom of 112was above the critical value of 1.97 at 0.05 level of significance which means that there isa significant difference between the pretest and the posttest mean score of selected grade 7learners. Hence, the null hypothesis was rejected. It is an indication that the Web Page in Science 7 had enhanced their academic performance.
