Abstract
The use of technology, especially video lessons, is essential to the learning process. This technological advancement allowed students to more effectively assimilate the concepts and ideas being taught on any system or platform of the contemporary educational system. All teachers need to carefully and efficiently assess how to use and integrate technology especially video lessons in the classroom.
The traditional method of teaching, which mostly focused on talks with the students, has increasingly lost favor, especially when it comes to capturing the students' attention. Students' interests alter as the generation as a whole does. The use of media for training has advanced significantly, as was already indicated. It was suggested that media now has an effect on teaching and learning, such as student involvement and programmed instruction that uses manipulation but is not overtly used in text-form training. In order to get students to pay more attention and retain the information, subjects were taught and conveyed to them utilizing voice, visuals, videos, animations.
The project's proponent, being a grade one teacher, was able to see the advantages of using video lessons to convey the lesson. As a result, the proponent herself offered to teach grade one pupils utilizing the compiled video lessons. This is because grade one learners could quickly and simply recognize and comprehend the lesson being taught by their teacher. The grade one teachers delivered the lessons with the aid of the video lessons compiled by the proponent.
The use of video lessons enabled students to grasp specialized topic material fast. The majority of the information that the student, who is open to the thoughts and ideas offered by technology, receives comes from these educational tools. The visual appeal and artistic worth of the video lessons keep viewers of all ages engaged and promote better learning. Additionally, it was noted how beneficial making video classes is both for teaching and learning. The academic performance of students improved dramatically with the usage of video tutorials. Learning would be much improved if students were aware of the techniques, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of employing these motion graphics classes.
The project took the proponent more than two months to finish at the sampled school where the proponent is a member and grade 1 pupils are the subjects and beneficiaries. The sole fumder of the project's estimated 7,000-peso cost is the proponent.
