Abstract
Pasong Tamo Elementary School has identified 28 Grade 1 pupils at risk of failing. Further analysis reveal that the problem is attributed to failure to accomplish and submit school requirements in 1st and 2nd Quarter. Factor that was identified causing the alarming problem is lack of parents' support and time. To address this alarming problem, the researcher come up with a solution through root cause analysis.
