Project Wlang I- Juan -an was Crafted to help save the students- at Risk of Dropping -Out or SARDO's in Grade 8 Level for SY 2020-2021. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Project Wlang I-juan-an in saving SARDO in Grade 8 level and sought to answer the following questions:(1) What were the factors that contributed to the increasing number of grade 8 SARDO's enrolled in blended learning modality as perceived by the teachers?(2). What interventions had been utilized by teachers in helping SARDO's in Grade 8 Level? (3)How did Project Walang I-Juan-an help in decreasing the rate of SARDO's in Grade 8?(4) To what extent was the significance of project Walang I-Juan-an as a an intervention in saving SARDO's in Grade 8 Level? The proponent utilized qualitative research method thru virtual interviews, survey, google forms and focused group discussion in this action research. there were 50 respondents which were composed of 14 advisers 22 students and 22 parents. they were selected through non-probability sampling.

The summary of findings were:(1) The top 3 factors that contributed to the increasing number of Grade 8 SARDO's were no internet data allowance, no support from family and inasequate academic preperation. (2). The three most ranked interventions utilized by teachers were giving grace period for late submission of output, conducting PTC and shifting to other learning delivery mode.(3) The data showed that the students at risk of dropping out were all promoted in Grade 9 Level.(4) Based on the result, Project Walang I-Juan-an had been highly significant in terms of effectiveness. All activities conducted were affective. It is highly recommended that Project Walang I-Juan-an be include in the future Annual Implementation
