Abstract
This study on the evaluation of the online Homeroom Guidance Program in Elementary Schools Division of Quezon City during the Academic Year 2021-2022. Based on the statistical analysis using SPSS it was established that there is no significant difference on the effectiveness of the Homeroom Guidance Program when the respondents are grouped according to their profile.
The implementation of the homeroom guidance program in the different district of Quezon City be it in the areas of learners' development, social development, teachers' training, deliver of instruction, organizing of the resources needed, monitoring and evaluation, and learning and feedback were effectively implemented by the schools. Such results are manifestation that the program was effectively managed by concerned authorities.
Although a negligible percentage has evaluated the program not effective, this must be properly addressed and clarified what specific portion of the program delivery has to be improved and it would be proper to identify which district these weakness occur so the appropriate actions be instituted.
It is therefore recommended that these various homeroom guidance programs be sustained and refinement be done as required.
