Abstract
Mastery in different Mathematical skills has always been a problem in most of the grade five pupils at Pres. Corazon C. Aquino Elementary School and one of the most difficult learning competencies is division of fraction. This study focuses on the creation and implementation of the said module to which it finds necessary to increase the achievement result of the grade five pupils and to have fun in solving division of fraction. The researcher used diagnostic test result as the basis in developing the module. It found out that the least mastered skills in that specific test is about division of fraction. The pupils were given a fifteen (15) item pre-test about division of fraction then a post-test questions parallel to the pre-test given. Test results after using the module as their day to day routine has a high difference compare to their diagnostic test result taken on July 2018. This simply implies that modular approach in teaching is much suitable and is highly commendable to the learners especially the grade five pupils. Using module in different learning areas would help learners to cope the missing topic or subjects. It is use as supplementary learning material in the absence of a teacher. A learning tool for either fast or slow learners. Likewise, a self-aid material for students that reinforces and enhances their knowledge on a given concept.
