Abstract
This study was proposed due to the limited participation of various stakeholders to the implemented projects, programs, and activities (PPA's) in the school. Furthermore, this situation leads to the scarcity of resources that can be used in some projects that can help improve the teaching-learning process in the community.
The purpose of the study is first to determine the extent of the stakeholders' participation on the revised SBM tools that need to be strengthened, second, to know how to to strengthen stakeholders' participation in School-based Management, and lastly, assessed the effectiveness of the implementation of the developed program on this purpose.
This study utilizes the quantitative research design using the descriptive -correlational approach. A descriptive - questionnaire is the main instrument
