Abstract
The Purpose of this action research was to find out how effective is the utilization of Google Forms in accessing the lessons in Filipino subject as well as to provide convenience to Grade 10 Students in their access and submission of activities. This like wise aimed to contribute in improving the academic performance of the students since it is an easy way for them to download the lesson, do the assigned task and submit the activities to the teacher.

This research attempted to find out the average submission of answers before and after the utilization of Google Forms. It also sought to determine the significant effect in the academic performance in Filipino subject the the students involved in this study. The section that served to be respondents of this study are the 33 students of 10 - Del Pilar. To have a clear comparison on the effect of the intervention to the percentage of output submission of the students, paired t-test/t-test dependent was utilized as the foremost statistical tool.

The actual number of outputs that were submitted by the 33 students of 10 - Del Pilar in the First Quarter is 289 out of 429 or 67%. During the 2nd Quarter, 311 out of 396 outputs had been submitted or equivalent to 79%. This had shown considerable improvement. During the Third Quarter, on its implementation, 286 out of 330 students had complied with their activities and this is equivalent to 86%. Such progress had contributed meaningfully in the improvement of academic performances of the students.
