Abstract
Good readers are phonemically aware, understand the alphabetic principle, apply these skills in a rapid and fluent manner, possess strong vocabularies and syntactical and grammatical skill, and relate reading to their own experiences. Difficulties in any of these areas can impede reading development. (Lyon, 2000). This study examined the inventory at Rosa L. Susano -Novaliches Elementary School to wit: Proper information and dissemination to all class advisers/respondents through intensified training and seminar on how to properly administer the Revised Phil-IRI and proposed effective strategies in administering the Revised Phil-IRI.

This research aimed to determine the challenges encountered by the class advisers in administration School, SDO Quezon City in pursuant to DepEd Order No. 14s. of 2018 or the "Policy Guidelines on the Administration of the Revised Philippine Informal Reading Inventory"; the Department of Education (DepEd) Supports every child a Reader Program, Which aims to make every Filipino child a reader and a writer at his/her grade level.

The respondents in this study consisted f 50 Teachers with class advisory sourced from the aforementioned school.
The technique used for this study was the purposive sampling and utilized the following instruments: questionnaire and unstructured interview. After the questionnaire have been gathered, responses were tallied, tabulated, and statistically treated for analysis and interpretation.
In the light of the suggested solutions to problems encountered by the class adviser respondents of the implementation of Reading Program, the researcher offer necessary recommendations to be utilized and implemented as proposed in the crafted Action Plan for this Study.
