Abstract
This paper analyzes how secondary public school teachers amid pandemic assess their pedagogical performance to online distance learning amid pandemic basis for instructional leadership. The teaching skills of 109 secondary public school teachers in selected schools was analyzed through mixed research method. Statistical findings showed that there is no significant relationship between teachers' pedagogical performance when grouped according to their profile. This study emphasizes the need to formulate an instructional leadership framework specifically for online distance learning during pandemic
