Project STORE, Systematic Tool of Organizing files for Reclassification was an innovative project designed to help and to guide the aspiring teachers who dream to be reclassified from their current positions. This project was used to provide factual and useful information about the requirements and process of reclassification where they can be pre-determined if they are qualified or not yet qualified for the position they are aiming for. The researcher conducted virtual conference among the Teacher I and II of Dona Juana Elementary School by showcasing Project STORE in order to equip the said teachers on the things they need to know, to prepare and to work on if they want to achieve their goals for reclassification. This project was done on November 2021 to June 2022 to finish with an estimated cost of only 1,250.
