Abstract
This research work explored the association of the level of professional attitude and the teaching performance of elementary teachers. The study utilized the descriptive, quantitative method of research using the survey technique. The data were gathered through google forms. The statistical tools used to treat the data were Percentage, Weighted Mean, Analysis of Variance (One-Way ANOVA), Pearson-Product Moment Correlation and t-Test: Paired Two Sample for Means. There were 120 elementary public school teachers in Quezon City who participated in this study. The professional attitude of teachers' displays a significant relationship to the teaching performance of the teachers which means that professional attitude towards the teaching profession can affect a teacher's performance. Therefore, professional attitude has a significant relationship to the teaching performance of the teachers.
