Abstract
This basic research project was conducted to improve the Special Education Program in North Fairview High School ( NFHS ) . The researcher intended to find out how the parents and primary care - givers of special learners perceive the Inclusive Education practices in NFHS in terms of accommodation and modification , child's response to the strategies applied , and the level satisfaction to the program .

An online questionnaire was used to gather information from parents and primary caregivers of SPED students Grades 7 to 10 enrolled this school year 2020-2021 . By being the ones who are actively and directly involved in the education of the special learner , their responses are valuable to gain insights on the implementation of Inclusive education in North Fairview High School .

Information gathered by the researcher showed that the respondents acknowledge the accommodation and modification strategies . 41.9 % consider the extended teaching time for the lessons as a major strategy received by the SPED learners . However , it was reflected that 37.8 % of learners are still needing additional assistance in their studies . Personalized teaching and opportunities to improve socialization skills ( both at 35.5 % ) are said to be the factors which are still lacking in the program . Overall , 54.8 % of respondents are very satisfied
with the Inclusive Education in NFHS.
The SPED program must continue to ensure partnership with the parents and primary caregivers of the special learners . Accommodation and modification strategies must also be explained for their awareness . A program must be conceptualized and implemented to enhance the SPED students ' confidence in independently performing activities as well as improve their ability to socialize with their regular classmates .
