Abstract
Report card is a must to present to the parents/guardians quarterly as a means to keep- track of their children's academic development. It serves as an important role for teachers, students, and parents to keep track of how well the students develop in one school year and apply some changes or modification if it didn't achieve academic progress.
For years, Quezon City High School has been using hard copy report card which teachers are manually and painstakingly preparing. There were attempts to enhance the process, but none was sustained and formally recognized so far due to some limitations.
Teachers typically prepare report cards for 40 to 45 students per class. Aside from the numerous data to input, there are other forms to accomplish. It was for this reason that the proponent of this project conceptualized an enhanced system to encode data for
report cards.
This innovation project, a modified version of e- report card, aimed to lessen
the burden of teachers in the preparation and issuance of report cards, as well as, to meet the safety and education standards of the new normal.
The proponent of this innovation project formatted an excel file as a soft copy of the report card. It is linked to the data needed from other sheets such as Learner's Reference Number (LRN), gender, age, subject grades, attendance and OR Code. Advisers will just hit the drop-down menu to access the name of the learners and all information
will appear in the screen monitor. Teachers will save time in using it aside from the fact
that computed grades and other data are intact and can be accessed anytime the teacher
wants for the whole school year.

Aside from the data mentioned, it also enables accomplishing The Homeroom Guidance Rating Report which is also linked to the different categories in rating the students' performance. Saving the c- report card to PDF file is the safest way to transfer documents online.so students cannot edit the information.
Since this is electronic, teachers and the school need not to spend too much money for printing. Teachers will just save the file and either send it to the parents in PDF
form or print it at the end of the school year.
