Abstract
Undoubtedly, no one is ready for the baile we are facing right now. Due to this pandemic, the Ministry of Education has come up with different forms of teaching. From face-to-face class mode, we are now in the synchronous and asynchronous mode of conducting our lesson for students. Teachers are not prepared for this battle we are facing during the pandemic. Teachers and students do not have enough gadgets and materials to use a home to go with the flow and learn the required lesson they deserve. For this reason, online webinars are lef and right, leachers are loaded with such a schedule. They don't have enouch time to find out the exact needs and grades their students need. At the end of the school year, some students are promoted to the next level without even getting a proper assessment of whether they qualify for a promotion or just get promoted because we feel it's unfair that a student is left behind during a pandemic where proper assessment for students does not occur.
Therefore, the proponent introduced this innovation project in the English Department that helped both teachers and students. The English department holds elections for officers every
academic year. This school year, the Officers of the English Club from grade three to grade six carried out their mission and that is to help struggling readers at their level to read and write.

This project helped students who were lagging when it comes to writing and reading. It helps students who need assistance when it comes to writing and reading. Despite the pandemic we've faced, through this project, the emotional and social factors of students were improved.
Psychologists said that these two Quotients help students be responsible and can build a network of friends. In addition, those people who have these Qs tend to move on in life. With the help of the current student officers of the English Club, from the current president to escort, their mission this school year was to help their peers improve their reading and writing skills.
They called each other "chum". Chum is a friend or buddy. The elected officials created a Big Dictionary. Officers write 1 word every day without meaning in the Big Dictionary. Their chums write down the meaning of the written word. The officer meets with their chum through an online platform to teach him/her on how to write and read the words. To pass the Big Dictionary, every worksheet retrieval date, their parents are the one who brings the Big Dictionary and gives it to their adviser, and the chum's parents are the one who receives it.
This is vice versa. The officer tracked and helped his buddy on their task. They organized their Big Dictionary in whatever they liked. This helped them to unleash their creativity. The mission for both elected officials and their chosen friends lasts at the first week of the fourth quarter.
