Abstract
Oplan Tutok Basa was one of the recommended reading intervention program that was adupted in Paratas B Elementary School in Quezon City. The program when implemenes comprehensively showed a positive potential in reading intervention among non-readers in the school as shown in the findings of the study. This dramatically changed the reading performance of its recipients from non-readers to readers.

The Descriptive Research Design was employed since the present study attempted to describe the existing conditions relative to implementation analysis. Before a researcher can research why something happens, they need to understand how, when and where it happens McCombes, 2019).

Conclusions were drawn based from the findings of the study accumulated from the data gathered. Beneficiaries of the program were categorized as non-readers before the plan Tutok Basa started. After attending OTB, beneficiaries were able to identify the alphabet, recognized words, and have reading comprehension. With regards to comprehension, beneficiaries can predict the possible ending of the story and determine proper sequencing of the events. They can even think of the possible solutions on the problem emphasized in the story. The findings of the study may be used to compile worksheet in reading for plan Tutok
Basa.

Recommendations are formed after analyzing the summary of findings and conclusion.
Beneficiaries of the program cooperate with their reading teachers by doing all the tasks assigned to them virtually especially those needs parents' attention in improving their reading skills. The parents are involved in monitoring the reading study progress of their children.
Their support in every reading program implemented by the school gained its success because of their untiring involvement and cooperation.
