The purpose of this study is to assess their content-knowledge in the different subject areas (such as English, Filipino, Math, Science and Araling Panlipunan) and pedegogical competence based on the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) - Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST) indicators as per DepEd Memorandum No. 36 series of 2006 in selected public elementary schools of Quezon City Division.
