Abstract
The Purpose of this study was to propose an instructional model regarding the instructional practices of teachers in the inclusive classrooms. Participants were asked to answer a survey questionnaire to determine their perceptions about the instructional practices employed by the teachers. Data were tabulated and analyzed using statistical treatment such as frequency and mean.
This led to the researcher - proposed instructional model. it is composed of factors like student characteristics, instructional objectives, program goals standard together with the Subject Matter Content, and Teacher qualifications setting, teaching strategies, students groupings to decide what learning activities to provide. The second set of factors relate to the process of instruction: planning of instruction, management and delivery of instruction, and evaluating instruction. Then for the Outcome, it is expected to be an effective instruction which directly relates to management and delivery of the instructional plan.
