Abstract
This study was designed to determine the role of Simple Nutrient Addition Program (SNAP) hydroponics solution in improving the gardening system of San Bartolome Elementary School During school year 2018-2019.

The Qualitative research design was used to explore the role of Simple Nutrient Addition Program hydroponics solution in improving the gardening system of the school. The participants of the study were the 47 Grade Six Pupils of San Bartolome Elementary School for school year 2018-2019. The participants had set up the SNAP hydroponic solution following the steps and or procedures given, the students made use of the said solution in improving the gardening system of the school using lettuce.

Observations were noted by the students , as Lettuce grew . Specifically , the number of days were taken down as to the readiness of the lettuce for harvest.

It was revealed that the use of Simple Nutrient Addition Program hydroponics Solution in lettuce had lessened the number of days for the plants to be harvested as compared to that of harvest-soil grown, lettuce that had taken 45 days to be harvested.

Since the use of Simple Nutrient Addition Program solution had improved the gardening system of the school by lessening the number of days for full grown lettuce to be harvested , the said solution can be used for year-round home vegetables production.

With the simplicity of Simple Nutrient Addition Program hydroponics, urban areas where space is limited can be best alternatives in improving household income as well. With SNAP hydroponics solution as a cheaper alternative for vegetable production, students and parents can be encourage to utilize it.
